桜 (the cherry trees) started to blossom from the last week in tokyo.

The life of cherry blossoms are very short.
It will soon in full bloom and its petals fall in a week.

仲記得makiko話煮soba時d 維他命B會流失晒係d “湯”到, 所以服務員就留番d”熱湯”(無味的)俾我地, 當食完soba之後, 將d”湯”倒入soba d sauce到飲(味道有d似麵豉湯)~好得e ge習慣ne~

I still remembered that makiko told me that vitamin b was lost to the “soup” while cooking, i.e. the servant reserved the “soup” (without any taste) for us, we could pour them into the soba sauce and drink (taste like miso-soup) after having the soba~ Interesting~

A bit more scenes about 万平(Manpei) hotel - the authentic bar and restaurant.

We are invited at the bar, and talking for a while with a bartender about the history of this hotel and so on. He made a beautiful coconut liqueur based cocktail for me, according to my inspiration.

Restaurant just 30 sec before the opening for dinner.

Time passes slow in this hotel as I forgot to check my watch.

好想再去多次小樽ah~如果下次去, 想睇下夜晚ge小樽~小樽運河附近有好多市民整左唔同ge小型雪雕(2月期間限定), 相信夜晚著左燈會仲靚aw~ Im missing Otaru, and I'd like to enjoy the nightview next time~There’re many mini snow sculptures beside Otaru waterway(Only available in selected period in Feb), I believed that it will be much prettier at night when all of them were lightened.

旁邊仲有兩位伯伯擺檔畫畫tim~ Besides, two elder artists were painting beside the waterway~
我好鍾e小樽ge街道設計, 有一種懷舊ge感覺, I like the street design and feeling in Otaru,
仲有唔同行街食嘢ge舖頭ne~~~and also with many shops for gourmets and souvenirs~~~

今次旅行試左好多第一次~! 我仲係旭川ge LOISIR HOTEL第一次做full body massage~ 可能玩得太攰lah, 按摩室柔和燈光+少少音樂background, 按下按下= 訓著左~! Haha*** 全身塗上樹油, 由腳趾按到頭頂, 按完真係鬆晒~

而係旅程ge最後一日, 係定山溪酒店Makiko-san仲安排左另一個massage~ (好嘢!) 先浸一浸溫泉令d皮膚soft d, 跟住就開始做massage lah~! 今次有d唔同, 按摩師會先擦呀捽呀, 擦走晒全身d污穢嘢後就做一次full body massage lah~ (gum arm果日係年三十晚, 可以擦走晒d衰氣ah~!)

There’re many first time in this trip~! I did a full body massage at LOISIR HOTEL~ maybe I played too hard, the soft lighting with slightly music background, made me fell asleep~! Haha*** blending with Italian oil and massage from toe to head, felt relaxed after that~

At the last day of the trip, Makiko-san arranged another massage at Jyosankei~ (yeah!) We first need to make the skin softer by hotspring, then we started doing massage~! There’s a bit different from last time, the massager would rub all the dirt before doing the oil massage~ (That day was the Chinese New Year Eve and it’s chance to get rid of the“bad luck”~!)

The historical 万平（Manpei）Hotel is renowned as the place where John Lennon and Yoko Ono stayed at. This hotel started its history in 1894. My friend introduced us the old style room

CoRBIE, 北海道真係一個好值得去GE地方~ 如果你去GE話就千祈唔好錯過札幌雪祭呀~! 今次我去到時, 大大小小ge雪雕都吸引我不停影相, 相信夜晚會場著晒燈會仲靚~! ~ 而且可以好清楚欣賞到札幌電視塔tim~!

The 61^st Sapporo Snow Festival@ Sapporo

Corbie, Hokkaido is really a place worth to go~ Rmb to go to the Sapporo Snow Festival if you travel there~! When i visited there, every snow sculpture attracted me to take photos with them, I believed that it’d be prettier when they’re lightened up at night~ and we also could see the Sapporo TV Station clearly~!

會埸每隔一段路就有唔同食物攤檔擺賣, 行到攰同凍ge時候, 飲杯熱茶就舒服晒lah~!
There're many food vendors in the venue and we could stopped by to get a hot drink when we felt cold~

而我地去到果日仲有snowboard比賽, 好多人圍觀gar, 我地都睇左一陣~ There's also snowboard performance on that day, many audience arounded, and we also stayed and saw for a while~!

記得之前我去台灣都見到企鵝仔~不過佢地係一個室內既海洋館入面~唔似得係日本既企鵝仔咁自由自在~係冰天雪地上嬉戲~好想親身黎日本探下佢地呢~!

I remember when i went to Tai Wan last time, I also visited those pegiums at the indoor marine aquarium~they are different from those pegiums who live in Hokkaido that they can play freely on a real skii environment~I really hope to go to Japan to visit them later~!

重有我好想坐下去旭山動物園既動物火車丫~到時我都一定會走去唔同既車卡度影好多相呢~真係好想即刻可以坐飛機飛過去玩~!

Besides, I also wish to take the animal train to Asahi-yama ZOO at Asahikawa~I believe I must go to different animals seat to take pictures~I really wish to fly to Japan immediately~!

企鵝大遊行

Ada, 你最近好嗎 ?

東京好像比北海道還凍啊。

在北海道的旅程中最令我難忘的是在旭山動物園看到的”企鵝大遊行”節目。他們真的好可愛哦！

他們一大群蹣跚的溜躂著，一會停下來，靜止了一會又東倒西歪地走。

有時候你也會看到一隻企鵝也這樣的走著。

走近一點看看，他們是多麼的漂亮。

如果我有機會再去北海道，一定會再去這個動物園。

Tokyo feels much colder compare to Hokkaido-

My best memory through out the trip was, with out a doubt,

“Penguin walk program” @ Asahiyama Zoo.

My goodness they are sooo adorable.

Toddle, stop, pause, and toddle again.

And once in a while, you get to see a penguin like this.

Take a close look! Are they so beautiful!

If I have another chance to visit Hokkaido, I would visit this zoo again!

第一日到札幌, 去完cross hotel check-in後我地急不及待要去食北海道拉面lah~! 我地選定"すみれ", 係日本出名ge拉面店, 但咁arm星期二果日札幌本店休息, 所以我地去左酒店附近ge一間分店~

我地叫左該店最馳名ge味噌拉面,e....~北海道拉面真係比平時食開果d咸同多油wor (大慨係因為天氣冬食多d油份保暖吧)~ 不過我又唔覺得好肥膩wor, 依然好味ne~

First Trial of Hokkaido Ramen@Sapporo

On the first day we arrived Sapporo, we could not wait to try Hokkaido Ramen after check-in at cross hotel~ We chose "すみれ", which is famous ramen shop at Japan. However, the main shop is off on Tuesday, i.e. we went to another branch, which is nearby the hotel~

We ordered the most popular miso-ramen, e... Hokkaido ramen is really more oily and salty than usual (probably it helped to keep body warm in the cold weather) However, I still found it’s yummy thou it’s oily~

Oh~! I haven’t been Tokyo Tower thou I have been to Tokyo twice and now I got a chance finally~! The tower was lightened up at night and it’s gorgeous~! The entrance fee was JPY$1,420 and we could enjoy the Tokyo nightview~! Firstly, we went up to 150m, I thought we met the highest already?! No no no~ we still could go up to 250m~! We could see the Rainbow Bridge at Daiba and also Tokyo Midtown which I just visited~!

日本之旅@札幌 finale

一星期ge日本之旅好快就完lah~ 係酒店行去巴士站唔洗5分鐘, 就有得搭shuttle去機場~ (因為落雪關係, 車都會駛得慢d, 所以大家如果去北海道ge時候, 安排行程時記住要預番多d搭車時間lah)

搭左2個鐘頭多就到機場, 再係機場終極一撃>>>買手信~! 新千歲機場好似個shopping mall gum~ 有小樽硝子館, 旭山動物園goods, 薰衣草產品, 當然唔少得北海道限定嘢食lah~! 最估唔到連海鮮都有, 直頭係魚市場一樣ah~! (其實北海道海鮮價錢唔算貴, 因為真係好好好好好好味ah~ 一般海鮮店舖都有內陸寄送服務, 唔知有無得寄番香港gar ne?!)

Byebye lah 長腳蟹, byebye lah 海膽, byebye lah 帶子……I will miss ya~!

Japan Trip@ Sapporo finale

A consecutive 7-day Japan trip is finally come to an end~ Within 5 mins walk from the hotel to the bus stop, there’s a shuttle to the airport~ (Driving may take time because of snowing, so rmb to reserve more time for transportation when planning the schedule in Hokkaido~)

We arrived the airport in 2 hours and let’s have a final shopping at the airport>>> to get some souvenirs~! Shin-chitose airport was just like a shopping mall~ with Otaru glass accessories shop, Asahi-yama zoo’s goods, lavender products, last but not least, Hokkaido limited edition foods~! However, I was surprised that there’re even seafood, it’s just like a wet market ~! (Actually the Hokkaido’s seafood is not expensive, as they really really really taste good~! The shops usually have domestic delivery for food, but not sure if they have same service for the international delivery?!)

Byebye to long-leg crab, byebye to urchin, byebye to scallop…… I will miss ya~!

日本之旅@小樽&定山渓

離開登別前, 我地先去酒店附近ge地獄谷遊覽一下, 一落車就到琉黃味lah~ 雪山上噴出濃濃白煙, 又係另一個北海道靚景~

之後就出發去小樽lah~ 當然先要去遊客熱點 >>> 小樽運河影番張相留念lah~ 呢度ge街道係由好多帶有歐陸古典色彩ge小屋組成ge, 有賣玻璃飾物, 路邊小食, cafe, 唔同ge餐廳等等~

而今晚我地就住係定山溪溫泉酒店, yoyo~又到massage+溫泉時間lah~ 今晚係今次旅程ge最後一晚, 要好好享受aw

Japan Trip@ Otaru & Jyosankei
Before leaving Noboribetsu, we visited the 地獄谷 which is nearby the hotel, once we got off the car, there's a strong sulphur smell~ Smoky white mountain is definitely another nice view in Hokkaido~

After that, we went to Otaru and ,of cause, we visited the famous waterway and took photos for our nice memory~ Here with many different little shops with nostalgic European feeling~ And those shops include glass accessories shops, street gourmet shops, cafe and different kind of restaurants~

We stayed at Hotel Milione tonight, which is a hotel with nice hotspring~ yoyoyo~ it's time for massage+hotspring again~ Tonight is my last night of the whole trip and i gonna to enjoy it~

日本之旅@登別

嚟到日本之行第五日lah~! 今日向北海道ge登別進發~ 先坐左五個鐘頭車到有珠山, 因為落雪ge關係所以登山覽車暫停~ 不過遠望呢座新形成ge活火山已經覺得好靚lah~~~

附近仲有一個小型牧場, 我地仲買左蘋果餵佢地tim ah~! (p.s. 佢地一見到有人行近就即刻企起身會望實你, 有時仲會向你”招手”等你餵佢, 好因食ne~)

之後就去”祝いの宿登別グランドホテル”, 我住ge係日本傳統和式房間, 而且仲第一次一嘗露天風呂ne~~~!

Japan Trip@Noboribetsu

It’s the 5^th day of my Japan trip already~! We set off to Noboribetsu today~ We took a 5-hour drive to Usuzan~ However, the cable cars was closed because of snowing~ But, the new-formed volcano still looked cool at foot of the mountain~~~

There’s also a small-scaled bear farm nearby, we bought the apples to feed them~ (p.s. The bears were standing up and waiting for us to feed them once we walked closer, some even asked for food by shaking their palms)

After that, we checked in to Noboribetsu Grand Hotel and I got the Japanese-styled room~ it’s my first time to stay at this kind of room, and had a chance to try the outdoor bath~!

估下今日我地又去邊? kaka*** 今日向旭川進發~~~ 我地搭8點半ge特設火車去旭山動物園, 車內周圍都充滿住動物園ge公仔, 好可愛gar~!

搭左一個半鐘頭到就到旭川, 再轉搭半個鐘頭巴士就到動物園lah~!!! (原來入場費只需JP¥800, 好抵aw~) 一去到就搵番個靚位睇企鵝遊行lah~ haha***唔知d企鵝係咪已經習慣左, 佢地好似好識得表演俾我地睇gum, 仲會擺pose俾我地影相tim aw~!

跟住仲去左睇海獅, 北極熊同埋狸貓仔tim~! kawaiiiiiiiiiii~

之後就去左北海道傳統美術工藝村參觀雪之美術館同優佳良織工藝館, 總覺得工藝村有種歐陸feel ne~~~

Japan Trip@ Asahikawa
Guess where did we go today? kaka*** We set off to Asahikawa~~~ We got a 8:30am special train to Asahi-yama, the train is full of animal graphics and decorations inside, it's lovely~!

Taking one and a half hour to Asahikawa, we transited a shuttle for another half an hour to go to the zoo~!!! (It's only JP¥800 for the entrance fee, which is inexpensive) We picked a good position for seeing the penguin parade at once~ haha*** Maybe the penguin already get used to the parade, seemed that they knew how to perform in front of us. Some even gave us postures for photo-shooting~!

Besides, we also saw the seal, polar bear and little plam civet~! kawaiiiiiiii~

After that, we went to Hokkaido Folk Arts and Crafts Village. We visited Yukaea Ori Craft Museum and Snow Crystals Museum, and I felt like the view there was kind of European style~!

日本之旅@札幌 again

今日我地依然stay係札幌~ 一大早就去左滑雪場~ 不過唔係玩普通滑雪, 而係雪上電單車~! 人生第一次"揸車"ah, 又緊張又興奮! 我地join左一個90min ge course, 會有一個trainer全程帶住我地~ 教完我地點控制部電單車, 再練習2個圈就開始上山lah~! 雖然我行得好慢, 不過都覺得好好玩ah~! 沿路鋪滿白雪ge森林, d飄雪迎臉而嚟, 果種美ge情景難以形容, 真係要親身去感受下~!

之後就去左Sapporo Factory食lunch, 試左正宗soba wif 天婦羅ne~! 行完街仲有好好味ge cake做tea tim ah~!

Japan Trip@ Sapporo again
We still at Sapporo today~ We went to the skiing place in the morning, but we were not trying the usual skiing, we are going to try the snowmobile~! It's my first "driving" in my life, i'm so excited and nervous~! We joined a 90 min course, there's a trainer to be with us throughout the whole journey~ After teaching us how to control the mobile, and practise for a while, we started to go uphill~! Thou i drove it slowly, i found it was exciting~! The forest was covered with snow all the way, and there's slight snow coming in front of me, it's superb wonderful and cannot be described in words~! wowowow~ 終於到北海道lah~! 搭左個半鐘頭到就從東京嚟到北海道ge千歲機場lah~! 我地當然去食飽飽先lah~ 去札幌又點少得拉面ne! yum~!

我地第一站就去大通公園ge雪祭lah~! 之前係blog已經同大家介紹過, 而家可以親身去睇lah, 好開心ne~! 整個雪祭有12部分, 有部分係公司團體負責整ge, 雕刻得好精緻好宏偉! 而一部分係市民整ge, 好多都係為人熟識ge人物或卡通, 好得意ah~~~~! 行行下仲落起雪tim ah~

去完雪祭就去左澡岩山睇北海道ge夜景, 到左山腳搭特設shuttle再搭覽車上山頂~ wah~ 全個北海道ge景色, 厚厚ge白雪, 再加上飄雪~ 真係好靚好靚好靚gar~!

wowowow~ we are at Hokkaido finally~! We arrived Shin-Chitose Airport after one an a half hour flight~! Of cuz, we had ramen as lunch, which is famous in Sapporo, before our journey start~

Our first stop is Sapporo Snow Festival at Odori site~! Maybe you guys remember that i mentioned in my blog before~ and i could go there in person now, which is great~! The overall snow festival included 12 parts, some are responsible by the organizations or companies, which were made in detailed and they were gorgeous~! The other parts were made by the citizens, most are famous stars or cartoon characters, they all look lovely~! Besides, when we were on the way, it's snowing~! So cooooooolllllll~!

After that, we went to Moiwa-yama to enjoy the nightview, onece we arrived the foot of mountain , we needa take the shuttle and transited the cable car to go up the top~! The entired with of Hokkaido, with thick layer of snow, in addition to the slight snowing~ pretty~! pretty~! pretty~!

今日早7點幾就到酒店lah~ 休息左陣食個早餐就進攻原宿lah~! 當然第一時間去左行好多香港人熟識品牌ge shopping mall "laforet"~ 行完立即轉戰六本木新開幕ge Tokyo Midtown~Tokyo Midtown係一個多元化集中地, 集藝術, 消閒, 娛樂於一身~! 商場ge店舖主要係較貴價ge品牌, 仲有唔同style ge生活百貨, 係一個助你提升生活品味ge好地方~! 而且店舖都佈置得好別緻, 各有各特色ne! 我最鍾意就係走廊旁或一d休憩地方都花盡心思設計, 擺放唔同ge藝術品~! 為商場給予左一鍾獨特ge性格~

傍晚就去左東京鐵塔到欣賞東京夜境~ 我仲上到最高ge 250m去360度環顧全個東京tim, 好靚ah~! 不過搭lift上去望到塔外果時真係有d心怯~haha***

當場唔少得夜晚相約左日本幾位同事食ge yummy和食lah~!

今日行左成日好攰ne, 聼朝一早出發去北海道lah! 一定仲有更多好嘢介紹俾大家~!

Tokyo Trip@ Tokyo
I arrived hotel around 7:30am today~ just took a nap and had breakfast, then i went Harajuku for shopping~! No doubt, I went to the Laforet at once, which had many well-known Japan brands for Hong Kong people. After that, I went to the new developed Tokyo Midtown at Roppongi~!

Tokyo Midtown is a all-rounded mall with art, leisure and entertainment. The shops are mostly high-ended brands, in addition to different lifestyle product con cept stores, it's really good place to imprave the quality of life~! The shops were well-decorated and with unique styles~! I love the corridors and corners with special designs, with various artistic displays. It embedded a personality to the mall~

Around evening time, I went to the Tokyo Tower to enjoy the nightview~ I went up to the uppest leve1 with 250m to see the nightview, it's gorgeous~! But I was just a bit "scared" when going up in the lift, which i could see outside~ haha***

Last but not least, I dated some of my Japanese colleagues to have a wonderful dinner at night~!

I am really tired right now, we will set off to Hokkaido tmr~ More good stuff will be introduced to you guys~

Talking about Hokkaido's winter, besides "snowing & skiing", I'd think of the famous "Hokkaido long-leg crab" ! (I really love to eat...) I read a travel booklet yesterday, it introduced different seasonal Hokkaido crabs~ November to February is the most suitable period for tasting 松葉蟹(Snow Crab), and I found that 松葉蟹 was named because it's shaped like a 松葉(pine-leave) in the sea. Other than enjoying wonderful gourmet, we could still gain a lot knowledge from "eating"~

這幾天香港又寒冷起來，小魚兒真想一直躲在暖暖的被窩裡，感覺就好像自己浸在很舒服的温泉中……(嘩！！！爽呀！)

Unforgettable Experience of Hot Spring

The weather started to become cooler in Hong Kong in these few days, Little fish only want to hide in her super-warm blanket for whole day (HeHe) that feels like getting into the Hot Spring. (Oh! gonna miss the Hot Spring in Japan, so comfortable, wow!!)

回想起這次小魚兒日本東北之旅，第一次嘗試到公眾浴室沐浴及浸温泉，感覺真的很難忘！

Little fish recalls having been in North-east Japan to enjoy her first Hot Spring and the public bathroom, that’s really so unforgettable!

(1) 「蟹場温泉」一共有3個風呂，而這一個是男女共用的「露天風呂」，在室外浸温泉，感覺很刺激！不過因為當晚天氣太冷，小魚兒沒膽嘗試喔！(男女共用?? 小魚兒感到害羞呢，嘻嘻嘻！)

Ganiba Onsen, with 3 different Hot Springs there. This one is an outdoor Hot Spring, which can be used by male and female together, that’s so exciting! But Little fish didn’t try that one because the weather was so cold on that night. (Actually Little fish feels shy to have Hot Spring there with Man, wahahaha!!!!)

Another Hot Spring at Hachimantai Royal Hotel. It was very happy that Little fish met some Hong Kong people at the Hot Spring area.

(3)「十和田湖王子大飯店」的室內「露天風呂」！浸在温泉中，呼吸着晨早清新的空氣，看着太陽慢慢升上來，很感動，這一刻小魚兒發現自己是多麼的幸福！

A very nice Hot Spring at Towada Prince Hotel. Wow, imagine, now, you are enjoying the Hot Spring, breathing the fresh air in the morning and watching the rising sun, what a touching moment!!

希望大家有機會也到日本浸浸温泉，感受一下那種幸福！

在十和田~西湖的湖邊餐館品嚐「十和田湖的魚」！好美味呀Yummy!!

This is the FISH from Towada Lake, so cute and yummy! We tried the fish at the restaurant just next to the lake (West side).

除了魚，這是一款日式傳統火鍋「Kiritanpo」，裡面有雞、芋絲、磨茹和蔬菜，最特別是有四個米白色卷物，是用米造的糕，口感黏黏的，小魚兒很喜歡！

Besides the fish, this is another dish ~ traditional Japanese hotpot, named “Kiritanpo”, the rolls with white color is the rice roll, i love it!

Talking about traveling, I like to be a “free-walker”. I could go anywhere and anytime I want, it’s much relaxing and flexible. No doubt, we need to spend more time on searching information (& looking for the better price kakaka***). However, it’s one of the interesting part to go travel, and also make yourself to be more eager to the trip. We did not only plan our own trip when we went to Okinawa last time, we also drove our own rental car. Cuz taking public transportation is not that cheap in Japan, sometimes it’s even cheaper and more convenient for renting a car (but the “driver” maybe exhausted during the trip). In addition, there’re many rental car companies in Japan, which allow online booking and it's user-friendly. (However, some bookings are required via phone call, which we may need help from someone who know Japanese well)

Of cuz, different needs suit different places, JR would be more convenient when we travel in Tokyo.

I’ve been wearing Issey for more than 20years now under my mother’s influence.

One of the most famous design is the original textile called Pleatz.

Once you wear you cannot let it go! It is sooo comfortable!

You should see the real thing, but it is not only well design but also well calculated the way they use the gloss texture of URUSHI (wood-lacquer)

It is so rare to get a collection line product because they only made a few.

其實好奇怪產量咁少都可以成為系列。我呢件外套只出左11件。

This jacket that I am wearing now is also from a collection line and they only made 11 of them!

呢個「漆(URUSHI)」系列好出名，我知東京好多地方嘅Issey店舖已經售罄。

如果你地去Issey店舖，一定要同佢地嘅員工傾下計，佢地好好人，又健談。如果你好運嘅話，佢地可能會話你知一啲設計上嘅高度秘密。

我諗呢個係其中一個理由解釋點解我咁鍾意購物，其實唔單只買下野咁簡單，仲可以吸收下新知識。

This particular URUSHI line seems so popular, and I heard most of Issey’s shop in Tokyo area is pretty much its all out of stock now.

By the way if you have chance to visit Issey’s shop, I strongly recommended to talk to shop staff even you don’t have any question! They are all so friendly and they love to talk!!! If you are lucky they might tell you the top secret news regarding about the design…

I guess this is one of the reason why I love to shop. You don’t just buy things…but also gaining new knowledge and absorb new ideas from it…

"A Queen of the Nights" bloomed in my house last night.
Smells so sweeeeeet and looks just like a big jewerly from star!

Talking about star, Christmas season has finally come and
everywhere you look,
city is a full of illumination and it's all shining and bright!!

Every year of this time, one of my friend(she is a professional floristt)
decorates the Christmas ornaments for Cartier
at Ginza and Aoyama store.

The flower arrangement she made is very gorgeous,

每一款美食唔單止貌相吸引~重睇得出佢地整每一款菜式都好用心~好俾既心機~!
When I saw little fish introducing the food of "懷石料理"~I also want to go to Japan to try it~
Each dish of 懷石料理 is not only beautiful, but also delicious and I can see the chief has put much effort to each of the dishes~!

講到日本出名既美食~除左懷石料理之外~重有我係沖繩食到既好有特色既琉球群島菜~
番到黎香港就無機會食番la~所以去日本沖繩既朋友仔一定要試下啦~!
When talking the famous food in Japan~besides "懷石料理~they also have Okinawa food~
I can;t try the Okinawa food in Hong Kong anymore~so if anyone who would like to go to Okinawa, you must have to try the Okinawa food~!

唔好睇佢黑色以為唔好食丫...其實佢係非常好味既墨魚汁飯~口感好似意大利飯咁~超級好味~黎沖繩一定要試~我到依家重好記得同好懷念呢個飯呢~!
Don't feel scared by the Black color of this food~Actually, this is the jellyfish ink rice which tastes so delicious~it tastes like italian rice~very yummy~you must have to try this when you go to Okinawa~I still remember how it tastes and how good it is~!

呢個係炸洋蔥丫~食落有些似天婦羅~好好味架!
This is fried onion~it tastes like tempura~very delicious too!

呢間係一間係沖繩既餐館~專食地道既琉球群島菜架~好好味架!!! 記得黎沖繩一定要試丫~!!!

懷石料理(Kaiseki Cuisine)

天黑了，又完成一天的工作，有點累，懶惰的小魚兒就隨意到附近一間茶記吃晚餐。這一刻，又令小魚兒再想起日本的美食 (嘩~嘩~~)，每一口的感覺是多麼的深刻，多麼的難忘，吃得出日本人對食物的尊重和心思，極級的享受，回味！回味！
When completed a whole day’s work, a little tired, Little fish just went to have dinner somewhere near the office. At this moment, Little fish recalled having many many delicious food from her Japan trip in the last time, wow~ gonna miss the food!! How profound, how memorable for every little piece, how Japanese people respect to the food, you will see if you try. Anyway, to me, it’s a very high level of enjoyment!！

今次想和大家分享一下，Day 1和Makiko San 和Ai San在東京銀座品嚐的日本傳統美食~懷石料理(Kaseki-Ryori) ^^ 我們選擇了「雪懷石」，總共有十道菜，每一道菜都精緻得像藝術品，顯出廚師的廚藝功夫。

This time, I want to share with you about “Day 1’s Dinner” with Makiko San & Ai San in Ginza, Tokyo. We tried the Japanese traditional Kaiseki cuisine. We have chosen the “Snow” version, 10 dishes. Each dish is delicate like a piece of art to show how good the cooking skill from the chefs.

(1) 第一小碟蔬菜，已經做得相當細緻。

(2) 這是魚和山芋的組合，基本上你在碟上看到甚麼，全部也可以吃進肚子裡。(除了那塊葉，哈哈！) 最特別是那個像鳥巢般的是炸綠茶麵。

(1) The first little dish is vegetable, beautiful.

(2) A combination of fish and sweet potato. Basically you can eat everything on the dish, except the leaf, haha! One of the special is the fried green tea noodle, which like a bird’s nest.

(3) 茶壺湯。裡面有菌類和雞，很清甜！加少少檸檬汁，味道更突顯。

(3) A teapot soup with mushroom and chicken, sweet flavor.

(4) 刺身。得意的地方是要將刺身上的小花掉進豉油中吃，第一次吃刺身是帶有花的清香。

(4) Sashimi. We have to put the flower into the soy sauce, so funny! You taste the delicate fragrance of flower.

(5) 粟蓉包着的是牛肉，配以葛做的汁，甜度剛好，薯蓉的升級版。

(6) 燒物。用炭燒着的魚和帶子，一直保持熱度。(上面的菊花辧，一樣可以吃！)

(5) Chestnut Mash with beef inside, to match with Kudzu sauce, a upgrade version of potato mash.

(6) Roasted fish and scallop, keep heating it by charcoal. (Same, we can eat the flower on the top!)

(7) 豆類炸物。一點油膩的感覺也沒有。

(8) 好精緻由蛋做的卷物。上面有一塊白舞茸，好味道。

(7) Fried bean but not oily.

(8) Lovely sweet cake roll, mushroom on the top, yummy.

(9) 用花辧煮的粥，加一粒梅子。救命，超好吃！

(9) Congee + Flower + Plum, OMG, very delicious!

(10) 最後是水果。

(10) Fruit ~ Papaya + Kiwi + Grape

Wowow~ once I hang around Corbie and Little Fish blogs, I really wanna play with snow~! I remembered I was so excited when I saw snowing the first time, because we never experience snowing in Hong Kong…

December is approaching and it more feels like a winter. Recently, I listened to a radio program talking about popular winter travel spot~~~ Hokkaido~! Sapporo Snow Festival is an annual grand occasion. It will be started from Feb 5, 2010, and last for a week. There will be full of various giant icy sculptures surrounded with thick white snow in Sapporo, it must be very fantastic! Besides, there will be Otaru Snow Light Path, candles will be lightened up along the waterway. It’s what we call “winter romance”~!

Today I write about 津軽三味線（Tsugaru-jamisen) that we listened when we visited 十和田湖 area.

三味線係日本傳統嘅三弦樂器。

三味線 (Shamisen) is a Japanese traditional three-stringed musical instrument.

津軽三味線係三味線嘅其中一類型, 發源地係日本最北嘅青森県。

津軽三味線 (Tsugaru-jamisen) is a genre of shamisen music originated in 青森県 (Aomori prefecture) in the northernmost area in Japan.

我地可以係湖邊嘅演奏廳聼到津軽三味線真係好好彩呀。更好彩嘅係, 我地可以遇見好年輕嘅樂手遠藤昌宏(www.endos-tsugaru.jp/)。佢係好多年嚟全國津軽三味線比賽嘅得獎者, 仲透過唔同嘅活動向世界各地人士介紹津軽三味線。佢為我地彈奏津軽じょんがら節…好好聼呀! 我聼到某個感動位果時真係忍唔住喊呀。

It was really fortunate that I could find 津軽三味線 concert hall near the lake.

More fortunately, I could meet a great young 津軽三味線 player there. His name is 遠藤昌宏 (Endo, Masahiro. www.endos-tsugaru.jp/) a prize winner at the national contest of 津軽三味線 for many years, and he actively introduces 津軽三味線 to the people around the world.

He played 津軽じょんがら節 (Tsugaru Jongara Bushi) for us, and it was… .Awsome. I could not help crying when I listend the emotinal tune.

津軽三味線最初係由一位盲女叫瞽女發起嘅, 佢以此向其他人乞討食物同金錢。呢啲日子對佢嚟講一定好難捱, 特別係啲落雪嘅日子…

津軽三味線 has been started by blind women called 瞽女 (Goze) to beg their food and money with their play. It must have been really hard life for them to survive especially dring snow drifting winter season…

津軽三味線観光会館係o係奥入瀬渓谷旁邊。所以我好建議大家嚟十和田湖或者奥入瀬嘅時候就要嚟埋呢度喇~!

The concert hall 津軽三味線観光会館 is located next to the 奥入瀬渓谷 (Oirase valley). So, I strongly recommend to visit here when you visit 十和田湖 or 奥入瀬渓谷 :)

白雪雪的白絲瀑布^^

這幾天，香港真的寒冷了很多 >< Corbie在仙台拍下滿地白雪的照片，十分之漂亮啊！小魚兒也很想和Corbie一起玩軟棉棉的雪呢^^ HeHe

另外大家可又記得小魚兒提及過到達那裡的前一天，碰巧下了今年第一場雪嘛？當那一天小魚兒乘車去參觀白絲瀑布，車子一直沿着彎彎曲曲的山路走，車要走得很慢，因為地上已結了冰。到達瀑布入口處，再要向上步行一段小路，發現小路全舖滿了薄薄的白雪，超美！那一刻眼前的一切全是白雪雪的，有說不出的開心。(不過每一步也要很小心，怕滑倒呢><)

And do you still remember what I have mentioned the day before to get there, ya, the first snow happened there in this year. On that day, we took the car to visit the Shiraito Waterfall, the car had to move very slowly because the ice was already on the ground. After reached the entrance of waterfall, we had to walk up a path and it covered with all the snow, soooooo beautiful! Unspeakable Joy! (However, we had to be very careful for every step as to avoid slipping><)

小魚兒用手指輕輕觸摸一下圍欄上白色的雪，正如Corbie所說，真的是軟棉棉的，很得意！Wahaha…

Little fish tried to touch the snow on the rail, as Corbie said, the snow was really very soft, that’s so cute! Wahaha….

一路上的小溪，一樣美麗。

On the way, we found the beautiful streamlet.

終於看到好漂亮的白絲瀑布，襯托着白色的雪，份外漂亮啊啊啊啊啊~~~

白絲瀑布是否像一條條白色的絲呢，嘻嘻！！

Yeah, finally we found the beautiful Shiraito Waterfall, with the white snow, very nice scene~~ It looks like a white thread, right? hehe....

P.S. 好想逗留多一會，但天氣實在很寒冷，唯有捨不得的離開

How are you everybody? Now Hong Kong's temperature is only 12 degree~I believe Japan is much cooler than Hong Kong~so everybody need to take care yourself~

唔知東京幾時會唔會落雪呢?記得我第一次見到落雪就係日本既仙台啦~!真係好難忘呢!
When will Tokyo start falling snow? I remember my 1st time to see snow falling is in Japan "仙台"~It's really so unforgetable!

見到小魚兒所介紹既蟹場溫泉(Hot spring Ganiba)~令我諗番起仙台時浸溫泉同食長腳蟹丫~好開心呢~!!!
When I saw Little fish introducing Hot spring Ganiba, it recalls my memory at 仙台 that I was enjoying hot spring and eating a big crab~very happy~!!!

原來雪係軟棉棉架~哈哈~因為玩雪玩到隻手好凍~所以係汽水機買左罐熱騰騰既粟米湯飲~好好味架!
The texture of snow is very soft~And because of playing too much snow, it made my hand freezing and then I have bought a can of corn soup from the vendoring machine~it was so delicious!

你地睇下仙台既雪景~一棵棵樹都被厚厚既雪蓋住~好靚丫! 重有機會坐船出海餵海鷗~原來海鷗係好鍾意既蝦條架~哈哈哈哈哈哈!
Let's take a look of the snow view of 仙台~a dozen of trees were covered by thick snow, it was so beautiful! Besides, I also have a chance to take a ship to feed the sea gull~I can't believe the most favourite food that they like is shrip chips~Hahahahaha!

Wowowo~ 見到little fish 係blog到share d相先發現原來日本東北有咁優雅嘅一面! d風景好靚呀~而且俾人一種好舒服好relax嘅感覺~~~

之前去過東京兩次, 都係以shopping為主(hahaha***), 所以好多東京有趣嘅地方都未發掘到。其實東京有一個地方我一直想去, 果度就係~~~ 三鷹博物館!!! 因為好鍾意睇宮畸峻d卡通電影同d人物~ heee*** 但之前去東京一次就撞正休館日, 一次就因為行程時間問題而未能如願… 如果大家都想去嘅話一定要check清楚休館日期, 或者可以係香港買定飛~ 下次再遊東京時一定要去啊

Wowowo~ I’ve just found that there’s an elegant side of north east part in Japan once I hang around on little fish’s blog. The scenery was so gorgeous~ and it seems to be relaxing & comfortable~~~

I’ve been Tokyo twice before, both were targeted at shopping (hahaha***), i.e. many interesting places haven’t been discovered in Tokyo. Indeed, there’s a place I really wanna go, that’s~~~ Ghibli Museum!!! Cuz I like Ghibli animations very much~ heee*** However, I still haven’t been there because of its museum holiday or tight trip scheduling for last two times…If who are interested to go, rmb to check the museum holiday, or may buy the entry tickets in Hong Kong in advance~ I will go there next time

這天早餐前，小魚兒又再爭取機會，再浸浸温泉，wahaha…(晨早起牀，清新開朗^O^)

The last day in Towada Lake, before breakfast, Little fish tried the hot spring again, wahaha…..

十和田湖實在太漂亮，能夠住在湖邊這間酒店，實在太好喇！

Towada Lake is sooooo beautiful, that’s so great to stay here just next to the Towada Lake.

而早餐之後，小魚兒和Ai San就出發去十和田湖(西面)坐觀光船遊覧一番，遊覧時間大約50分鐘。大家快來看看我的照片！！！><

Then after the breakfast, Little fish and Ai San went to take the Cruise from Towada Lake (West), it took about 50 mins. Hey, come to take a look at my photos!!

小魚兒的第五站: 八幡平-->十和田湖^^

那晚到達八幡平皇家酒店時天已經黑麻麻了，直到第二天早上醒來才驚訝地發現窗外竟有如此美的風景….wow!!!

The 5th stop for Little fish: Hachimantai àTowada ^^

Last night, when we arrived to Hachimantai Royal Hotel and the sky was already dark. Until the next day morning, I was so surprised to see the beautiful scenery through the window.

原來我們在山上呢，酒店被四周圍的樹木包圍着。而這天因為太陽伯伯出來了，光線照射到樹上，超級美麗! 小魚兒愛大自然+太陽伯伯這個組合，好正^^

Turns out that we were in the mountain, all the trees surround the hotel. And this day Uncle Sun came out to shine on the trees, wonderful! Little fish love this combination, “Nature + Uncle Sun”, perfect^^

之後由八幡平轉移到十和田湖，大約需要3小時。十和田湖這邊的風景就完全不同了，樹先生差不多掉下了所有葉子，但仍然英俊有型，hehe…

Then we moved from Hachimantai to Towada, approx. time is around 3 hours. The whole picture of Towada was completely different, Mr. Tree almost dropped all his leaves, but still was very handsome, hehe…

途經十和田湖觀景臺，當然小魚兒不會錯過拍照留念的機會><

是時候感覺肚餓了，我們先找個地方午餐吧。午餐後，原本的行程是到澳入瀬溪流參觀，但Ai San極力推介去欣賞津輕三味線表演(三味線是日本一種傳统樂器) ，這個表演真的很精采，至於澳入瀬溪流，會期待將來有機會再去參觀^^

“It’s time to be hungry!” so we found a place to have lunch first. After lunch, visit “The Oirase Mountain Stream” was our original schedule, but Ai san was highly recommended to go enjoying the Sangen performance (Sangen is a traditional Japanese instrument), the show was excellent, I like it. Therefore, for the Oirase Mountain Stream, Little fish is looking forward to come again to visit it in the future.

欣賞完畢，我們就來到了整個行程中小魚兒最喜愛的酒店--十和田王子大飯店!! 你們看看酒店外面? 我們就住在十和田湖邊，嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩嘩!!!!!!!!

After the show, we went to Towada Prince Hotel, which was Little fish’s favorite in the whole trip. Hey Look! Our hotel just next to TowadaLake, amazing!! Waaaaaaaaaaa!!!!

I am glad that Little Fish enjoys Japan so much in various aspects with me, and I am quite sure she will come back to explore Japan soon. Will you, Little Fish? ^^

Morning spa @ 蟹場温泉(Hot spring Ganiba)

I got up in the early morning to enjoy the different scene and light from the window at the indoor Wood Spa.

Outside is raining and cold, snow still remains.

It is a chillaxing place with aroma comes from wooden washpot, wooden floor and hot spring containing rich sulfur.

小魚兒的第四站: 田澤湖-->八幡平^^

各位早晨!!! 這一個早上，小魚兒把握在蟹場温泉最後的機會，早餐前再浸浸温泉hehehe :P

The forth stop for Little fish: TazawakoàHachimantai^^

OHAIYO!!! In this morning, Little fish went to have hot spring again at Ganiba Onsen before breakfast, don’t want to miss any chance, hehehe :P

小魚兒和Ai San的早餐，又是一頓精心之早餐! Yummy><

這天早上，終於可以在田澤湖四周欣賞到日本秋天的景色，紅色、橙色、黃色、綠色，把整個田澤湖加添了很多顏色，在香港很難有這樣漂亮的景象呢。從小到大，當老師叫我為「山」填色，我必定填綠色的，現在我知道不是了!! Haha, Corbie和Ada你們也有一樣的經歴嗎?

And finally Little fish can enjoy the nice autumn color around Tazawako Lake in this morning. Most of the trees were colored red, orange, yellow and green color, we are difficult to find this beautiful scene in Hong Kong. In my memory, when every times my teacher asked me to color the tree, I certainly fill in the green color, and now I know that’s a bit wrong, haha. Corbie and Ada, did you have the same experience?

之係我們到過角館參觀，這個地方很有趣，遲些和你們再分享。而這裡是一個古代武士家族的府第。

Later, we went to visit another nice place, Kakunodate. This place is very interesting, will share with you later. In addition, this is one of the samurai house.

然後再用3小時到達這晚住宿的地方，八幡平的「八幡平皇家酒店」。Hello Kitty 歡迎你，haha...

Moreover, we spent 3 hours to arrive the hotel for tonight, Hachimantai Royal Hotel at Hachimantai.

小魚兒的第三站-->秋田縣の田澤湖^^

由輕井澤到秋田縣，小魚兒和Ai San選擇了坐火車，日本的火車很舒服的呢!! 如果你不喜歡坐飛機，這絕對是好的選擇>< 先在10:56am乘搭新幹線Asama520號à 11:46am 抵達大宮à再於12:22noon轉乘新幹線Komachi 17號à下午2:56pm即大約2個半小時後就會到田澤湖喔^^

The third stop for Little fish Tazawako @ Akita^^

From Karuizawa to Tazawako, Little fish and Ai San chose to take train. That’s a very good choice to take train if you don’t like to take flight. We left Karuizawa at 10:56 and arrived Tazawako at around 3pm.

在大宮轉乘Komachi 17前，大家可以在車站買便當做午餐。我買了一份超Yummy的黑毛和牛便當，一個平平無奇的便當，完合感受到日本人是很用心製作。(多謝Corbie suggest我吃便當呀，真的很好味:P)

We enjoyed a very delicious Japanese lunch box on the train, I chose beef flavor, I can see that Japanese people are very respected to the food even a very casual lunch box. (Corbie, thanks for your recommendation, I tried it finally, that’s really very delicious)

到到了田澤湖，我們在附近找了一間Café- ORAE(解作「我的」)休息一會，Cafe外面就是田澤湖呢! 好大的田澤湖，很美喔! 外面很冷呢，因為下着毛毛細雨，好像為這地方加添了一點點淒美!!!! 好浪漫~

Arrived to Tazawako, we looked for a café that near the station and took a break for a while. Wow, Little fish found a very big Lake just next to the Café- ORAE (Its mean “Mine”), that’s so beautiful! And outside was very cold with a slightly rain like silk, the whole scene together was very wonderful, very romantic~

之後不用1個小時的車程就到達今晚小魚兒和Ai San會入住的温泉旅館--蟹場温泉。

Within 1 hour, we arrived to the hot spring hostel—Ganiba Onsen and we stayed here this night.

晚飯很豐富，是很傳统的日本鄉土料理，不同款式的食物鋪滿整張飯桌，又是一種心思，讓你每一啖每一口都很感動

The dinner was very nice here, it’s a traditional Japanese country dishes. We had all the dishes covering the whole table, it’s a kind of attentive to people, so touching for having every pieces

飯後，準備去旅館的公眾浴室沖涼，所以Ai San教小魚兒穿着浴衣(Yukata) 呢，是小魚兒的第一次，很有趣的，多謝Ai San喔，小魚兒很開心

After dinner, we were preparing to have bath in the public bath room, so Ai San teached Little fish that how to wear the Yukata to go bathing, that’s the first time for Little fish, really got so much much, thanks much to Ai San, Little fish was very happy for that^^

這天晚上，我們會早點休息，享受一下這裡寧靜的環境! See You

我近日睇到一篇報導關於pentax k-x。而家係日本嘅網站到可以自己隨意配搭機穀顏色, 有100隻顏色任你襯, 真係好想擁有一部呀~ 其實之前剛剛出個時都有留意呢部機, 因為外形較細, 容易操作, 比較適合女仔用。之前有出白色特別版已經覺得好靚, 而家仲有100隻色tim 愈睇愈想買…heee***考慮考慮

It looks really relaxing when hanging around on your blogs! Japan is now much more colder than Hong Kong, Hong Kong is just getting warmer these two days, I could not feel much about "winter" here~ haha***

I read a passage about pentax k-x recently. We can do our own color mix & match on the camera outlook now, and there're 100 colors for us to choose! I really wanna get one Actually, I did aware of this product once it was newly launched because of its portable and user-friendly selling point. There was a White-edition before and i found it's cool~ but now, there're even 100 colors for uswanna get one wanna get one heee*** (I will consider it "seriously"...)

Btw, i bought a mini-size camera VistaQuest last month, it's only palm size digital camera. However, there's no display screen, so you are not get to know what did you take untill you load the photos on the laptop.

The above photos were taken by the VistaQuest. It's kinda lomo feeling. I kinda like this raw & nostalgic feeling~

Nostalgic 田沢湖(Tazawa Lake)

我同Little Fish由軽井沢搭長途火車去到田沢湖, 日本嘅最北部。呢度比起軽井沢暖一啲。

After the long train journey from Karuizawa（軽井沢）, I and Little Fish arrived to the deepest lake in Japan, Tazawa-lake（田沢湖）, where is located at the northern part of Japan. Here is warmer then Karuizawa today.

今日多雲有雨, 不過一啲都唔覺陰沈, 反而今我覺得有點懷舊嘅感覺。

We have cloudy and rainy weather now, but it is not gloomy for me at all.
The scenery makes me nostalgic.

我地可以係呢度遠離城市生活, 忘記晒所有嘢。

This is the escape from busy city life to forget about everything.

I can feel I’m breading when the wind blows my cheek.

我地係湖邊嘅餐廳休息左一陣, 好relax~
We relax for a while at a restaurant by the lake.

呢間餐廳ORAE係賣酒嘅地方
佢地嘅啤酒多年嚟贏過唔少獎架。

The restaurant ORAE is a brewery, too.

Their beer won many competitions for years.

小魚兒浪漫的第二站-->輕井澤^^

早上小魚兒帶住重重的行準備出發到日本中部的輕井澤。好期待好期待可以到這個地方，是否如小魚兒想像中那樣浪漫呢? Ok, Come On, Let’s Go!!!!!!

The romantic second stop for Little fishà Karuizawa^^

由高輪京急飯店步行5分鐘到品川站，先乘JR山手線到上野站，再步行15分鐘到新幹線的月台會合Ai San，幸好小魚兒有强勁的脾彎，可以成功將行李親自運送到長野新幹線Asama515號列車上。Yeah^^

To reach Karuizawa, I have spent 5 mins to walk from Takanawa Keikyu hotel to Shinagawa station, then took JR Yamanote line to Ueno station first, and took another 15 mins walking to the next platform to meet up with Ai San (so happy to see Ai San). You will find a Bullet train (Asama 515 Express) to Karuizawa and its only take 1 hour to go there, very convenience, Yeah^^.

好! 出發到輕井澤喇，新幹線Asama號很舒服，只需坐1小時火車，不經不覺很快就來到啊。中午時份來到輕井澤，這裡比東京凍很多，聽的士司機說，因為昨天晚上輕井澤忽然下起雪來呢，是今年的第一次，嘩!! 雪呀…頓時讓這個地方增添另一種浪漫氣氛>< 女孩子們如果可以和男朋友來這裡，感覺超浪漫啊!!

Alright, Little fish & Ai were get ready to go for the trip together!! We arrived at around 12noon, a little cooler than Tokyo. A taxi driver said, there was the first snow here on yesterday night, OMG… that’s why so cold here today. Moreover, when I’m thinking about the SNOW, it seems giving me another kind of romantic feeling, if the girls can come here with their boyfriend, that must be very very romantic.

沿途風景實在太美呢! Corbie、Ada 和Makiko San，你們看到嗎? 地上的草地被一片片雪蓋着，美得難以形容。

On the way to Hotel, the scene was very beautiful! Corbie, Ada & Makiko San, can you see that? The snow was covering on the ground, it was difficult to express the feeling only from my words, you guys should come to see this beautiful scene later!!

酒店房內有個很大的窗，那棵有紅葉的樹就在窗外，很接近呢!
放下行李後，小魚兒和Ai San就再坐的士到附近的一所漂亮的玻璃屋吃法國式午餐。全部也是很有心思的食物，吃後會讓你很感動!! 遲些再仔細和大家分享:P

We went out for lunch after settled our luggage, Ai San introduced one beautiful French restaurant to me. That’s a very nice restaurant with the big windows all around, beautiful setting, we enjoyed every delicious dishes under the sunlight, nice nice!! Lets share more details with you later :P

慢慢享受完這頓午餐(差不多3小時)，小魚兒和Ai San就到輕井澤出名的白絲瀑布看看。

We enjoyed our beautiful lunch for almost 3 hours and then Ai San & Little fish went to a famous water fall in Karuizawa, called Shiraito Waterfall.

之後我們到了一間非常有歴史價值的酒店，萬平飯店(Mampei Hotel)。Beatles成員John Lennon以前也是這酒店的常客呢，聽說他很喜歡這裡傳统的設計呢><沒錯啊，小魚兒也很認同，這裡的確有很多很多特別和有趣的地方呢! 我相信Ai San也一樣同意吧!! 是嗎?

Later, we visited a very traditional hotel, Mampei Hotel. John Lennon from Beatles loved this hotel very much, especially the decoration of the hotel. Ya, Little fish likes this hotel too as its really nice with the special design and decoration, Little fish got so much fun here, Ai San, you enjoy it too, right?

參觀完這酒店，已過了正常Dinner時間，所以小魚兒和Ai San各自在酒店房內order room service囉!!

When we left the Mampei Hotel, we missed the normal dinnertime, so we ordered the food separately inside our hotel room.

今天很滿足呢!! 明天小魚兒又會去另一個地方，好期待呀^^

小魚兒登陸日本喇(第一站-->東京^^)

眼前的一切都仍然好像不太真實，很開心小魚兒已經登陸日本喇^^

Little Fish is landing to Japan (First stopàTokyo^^)

Everythings still seems so surreal!!!!!!! So happy that Little fish have already landing on Japan

和Corbie一樣，小魚兒是乘搭零晨飛機由香港飛到日本東京，乘搭3個小時左右就可以到達東京羽田國際機場，到達時間是早上6:40左右喔>< 如果你想到日本東京旅遊，選擇搭零晨飛機還不錯呀，大家可以爭取多一點在東京瘋狂遊玩嘛!

Same as Corbie, Little fish take mid-night flight to fly from Hong Kong to Tokyo, the arrival time was at around 6:40pm (around 3 hours for your whole flight). If you want to travel to Japan, that’s a good choice for your to select a mid-night flight, then we can save more time to play around in Japan.

還有，這次搭零晨飛機，很驚訝很感動可以在飛機上欣賞到日本的日出呢!! 小魚兒很想大叫「日本，小魚兒快來到喇。」Ada，如果下一次你也會先到東京的話，記住選擇搭零晨機喔! 好刺激!

Also, Little fish was so surprised to see the sunrise during this flight and wanna shout “ Japan, Little fish is coming now, wait for me!!!!”So, Ada, if the next time you will be first to Tokyo, remember to select the mid-night flight, that’s really very exciting!

小魚兒用了20分鐘左右乘的士來到上一次Corbie也住過位於品川的高輪京急飯店，這是一所商務洒店 (http://www.takanawa-keikyu-htl.com/)，離羽田機場很近，很方便。

Little fish spent about 20 mins by taxi to go Shinagawa”Takanawa Keikyu Hotel”, this is a business hotel (http://www.takanawa-keikyu-htl.com/), near to the Haneda airport.

由於在飛機上能夠完全入睡，小魚兒辦妥early check-in後就先在酒店房內休息一會，充充電。

After completed early check-in, Little fish went back to hotel room and rest for a while.

休息一會後，由於沒有太多時間，小魚兒只挑選了2個地方走一走，分別是原宿、自由之丘。
這一天間中有毛毛雨，所以天氣像開始凍起來!!

And after a short break, Little fish is only selected 2 places to walk around which were Harajuku and Jiyugaoka.

在人來人往的原宿，小魚兒四處逛逛，順便尋找午餐!!

There were very crowded in Harajuku, Little fish tried to search her lunch here.

然後來到了自由之丘，會否真的感到很自由??
Then came to Jiyugaoka, can we find the freedom here?

日本一踏入秋天，天很快就變黑，大約下午4:00就天黑呢。入黑後，小魚兒就到銀座回合Makiko San和Ai San一起去Dinner ，很掛念她們喔，我們很久沒見呢，能再次見面，感覺很好。

Later on, Little fish went to Ginza to meet up with Makiko San & Ai San to have dinner, we miss each other so much.

我們來到一所日本餐廳吃「雪懷石料理」，很棒呢!! 食物是很美味很美味的呢! Yummy Yummy，很難忘這麼特別的「雪懷石料理」。還有最重要是很開心和Makiko San和Ai San共享美食。(Maikio San和Ai San，你們想的也和小魚兒一樣嗎? 嘻嘻嘻…)

We came to a Japanese restaurant to have a special Japanese food, we enjoyed the food so much. (Makiko San & Ai San, do you have the same feeling? Heehee)

OK，暫時先簡單和大家分享這一點點!

According to my friend, the real message that the husband want to tell people through the story is, “detecting cancer in the early stage is the most important” to encourage people having medical examination for health maintenance, such as breast cancer screening.

OH?? You unveiled our secret that I am going to trip with Little Fish! lol

Makiko-san, Ai-san, How are you? I feel sorry that I didn't visit the blog recently because I am very busy for few big projects in Hong Kong~really sorry and hope you understand~!

The weather in Hong Kong is getting cooler now~I think the weather in Japan is even cooler than Hong Kong~Therefore, little fish and Ai-san have to bring more warmer clothes to trip ne~!hee~I can't believe the time pass so fast and now is the turn of little fish to go with Ai-san to Japan now~I feel so excited and happy for her too~I still remember I went to Japan with Makiko last time~We went to Tokyo~Okinawa~宮古島 & 九州~it's really an unforgettable trip for us~Makiko, I miss it so much~please help me to say hello to your mum and wish her healthy~!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Makiko-san and I went to the Okinawa restaurant to try their local food at Okinawa~The bowl that I was holding is jellyfish ink rice which is really very tasty and I even want to eat this again now~!

Recently in Hong Kong, I saw a movie called 『余命１ヶ月の花嫁』It's a very touching REAL love story movie~it talks about a very brave and optimisstic girl who remains 1-month-life how to face her life and get married with a boy....I have been cried for many many times while watching this movie...even I can't stop crying after finished the whole movie.....I strongly recommend this movie to all couples which you can realize and learn something on how to love....cherish everything that you have~!

記得以前因為工作的關係，小魚兒習慣了經常一個人獨自出門。

到現在巳經有2年時間沒有自己一個人到外地了，所以心情特別緊張。

尚未起程出發，小魚兒的心巳經飛了去日本呢！連日來，小魚兒停地為這次的旅程做資料搜集，希望可以安排到多些地方走走，然後再和大家分享。到底小魚兒將會到日本那一處遊山玩水？將會品嚐甚麼日本美食呢？嘻嘻…現在先賣過關子，保持神祕，遲些和大家慢慢分享吧！^^

Long time haven't travel to another countries alone, still remember that i used to travel to another countries for my work in the past, but not for the past 2 years, that's why i'm really very very exciting to my trip this time. Haha, you know, full of Japanese stuffs in my mind now, and these days, i'm keep searching the information for my trip, hopefully i can share my experience in Japan more to all of you. Where will i go? What will i eat? I promise i will share with all of you in detail later.

Makiko & Ai, 你地好嗎? 呢排工作比較忙, 好耐都無嚟呢度喇!

我近排睇左一本書<<蔡瀾六談日本>> (蔡瀾係香港一位出名嘅食家, 或者應該叫一位出名享受生活嘅專家先arm), 書中以多篇短篇文章去介紹日本唔同地方特別嘅食店, 旅館等等。當中當然提及香港人最愛到嘅東京啦!

作者提及一間叫佐太賀嘅食店, 且稱呢間舖頭已化天婦羅為藝術, 更成為日本高級食府之一tim~! 有機會真係想去試下!另外, 仲有一間位於神奈川縣叫”海石榴”嘅日式旅館, 夏天嘅螢火蟲, 秋天嘅紅葉, 冬天嘅雪景, 春天嘅櫻花, 四季景色被描寫得好似畫一樣咁靚, 真係想親眼去睇下呀! (不過本書係02年出, 可能d資料會有d唔update呢)

Little fish好快就會去日本啦wor, 一定要影多d靚相俾我地睇呀!

Makiko & Ai, how are you doing? It’s been quite busy lately, so I didn’t visit to this blog so often.

I’ve just read a book called <<蔡瀾六談日本>> recently (蔡瀾 is a Hong Kong famous gourmet expert, or maybe it’s more suitable to call him “an expert for enjoying life”) , there’re many short passages to introduce different places in Japan, such as restaurants, hotels. No doubt, it mentioned about the most favorite place for Hong Kong people --- Tokyo~!

The writer recommended a restaurant called Sagawa, in which the chef treated tempura as an art, and it made Sagawa became one of the most high-class restaurant in Japan. I’d really wanna try if there’s a chance. Besides, there’s a traditional hotel called “Tsubaki”, glow-worm in Summer, reddish leaves in Autumn, snow view in Winter, and sakura in Spring, the scenery was described as a beautiful picture. I’d like to go and see in the future! (However, the book was published on 2002, maybe there’s some details are not updated)

小魚兒, 你嚟日本之旅準備成點呀?
好耐都無聼過Ada同Corbie嘅消息喇, 佢地好忙嗎?

東京愈嚟愈凍喇, 所以夜晚已經唔可以再只係著T-shirt。

為左取暖, 上星期尾我係我嘅神秘beauty salon做左ayurveda massage同artemisia (艾屬植物) 嘅蒸氣桑拿。呀… 成個人都精神晒!

我諗香港都應該有類似嘅massage同桑拿, 不過都俾啲資料你地,

Ayurveda massage嘅原意係印度人用芝麻油去預防疾病嘅藥物療法

而artemisia (艾屬植物) 嘅蒸氣桑拿就係韓國草本桑拿, 特別對女性嘅身體好好架。

到目前為止試過咁多唔同嘅massage, 我諗Ayurveda massage (係東京) 係最好嘅方法去消除疲勞。大家嚟到日本一定要試下呀!

Tokyo is getting colder and you can’t be T-shirt style at night anymore.

To warm up my body, I had ayurveda massage and artemisia steam sauna at my secret beauty salon at the end of last week. Ahh...so revitalized!

I guess Hong Kong has those massage and sauna too, but FYI:

Ayurveda massage is an Indian one based on preventive medicine idea using sesame oil.

Artemisia steam sauna is Korean style herb sauna, especially good for women's health.

I experienced various massage styles so far and I think Ayurveda massage (in Tokyo) is one of the best ways to recover from tiredness.
