~蟹~
Hihi, Makiko, 我都知道北海道而家好~~~~~~~~~凍ah~!
好耐未去過d咁凍ge地方lah~ 又緊張又興奮呀~!
講到冬天ge北海道, 除左雪之外, 當然第一時間諗起"北海道長腳
"lah~! (好為食ne...) 尋日睇一本有關北海道旅遊書, 當中介紹唔同當造期出產ge蟹~ 而11月至2月正正係松葉蟹ge當造期, 原來係因為佢係水中ge形態似松葉而有呢個名呢~ "食"都可以學到好多學問呢 
Hihi Makiko, I know that Hokkaido is very~~~~~~~~~~~ cold now! I haven't been to the place with freezing weather for a long time~ I'm so excited and nervous~
Talking about Hokkaido's winter, besides "snowing & skiing", I'd think of the famous "Hokkaido long-leg crab" ! (I really love to eat...) I read a travel booklet yesterday, it introduced different seasonal Hokkaido crabs~ November to February is the most suitable period for tasting 松葉蟹(Snow Crab), and I found that 松葉蟹 was named because it's shaped like a 松葉(pine-leave) in the sea. Other than enjoying wonderful gourmet, we could still gain a lot knowledge from "eating"~
