懷石料理(Kaiseki Cuisine)

天黑了,又完成一天的工作,有點累,懶惰的小魚兒就隨意到附近一間茶記吃晚餐。這一刻,又令小魚兒再想起日本的美食 (~~~),每一口的感覺是多麼的深刻,多麼的難忘,吃得出日本人對食物的尊重和心思,極級的享受,回味! 回味
When completed a whole day’s work, a little tired, Little fish just went to have dinner somewhere near the office. At this moment, Little fish recalled having many many delicious food from her Japan trip in the last time, wow~ gonna miss the food!! How profound, how memorable for every little piece, how Japanese people respect to the food, you will see if you try. Anyway, to me, it’s a very high level of enjoyment!

今次想和大家分享一下,Day 1Makiko San Ai San在東京銀座品嚐的日本傳統美食~懷石料理(Kaseki-Ryori) ^^ 我們選擇了「雪懷石」,總共有十道菜,每一道菜都精緻得像藝術品,顯出廚師的廚藝功夫。
This time, I want to share with you about “Day 1’s Dinner” with Makiko San & Ai San in Ginza, Tokyo. We tried the Japanese traditional Kaiseki cuisine. We have chosen the “Snow” version, 10 dishes. Each dish is delicate like a piece of art to show how good the cooking skill from the chefs.

(1) 第一小碟蔬菜,已經做得相當細緻。
(2) 這是魚和山芋的組合,基本上你在碟上看到甚麼,全部也可以吃進肚子裡。(除了那塊葉,哈哈!) 最特別是那個像鳥巢般的是炸綠茶麵。
(1)    The first little dish is vegetable, beautiful.
(2) A combination of fish and sweet potato. Basically you can eat everything on the dish, except the leaf, haha! One of the special is the fried green tea noodle, which like a bird’s nest.

(3) 茶壺湯。裡面有菌類和雞,很清甜!加少少檸檬汁,味道更突顯。
(3) A teapot soup with mushroom and chicken, sweet flavor.

(4) 刺身。得意的地方是要將刺身上的小花掉進豉油中,第一次吃刺身是帶有花的清香。
(4) Sashimi. We have to put the flower into the soy sauce, so funny! You taste the delicate fragrance of flower.

(5) 粟蓉包着的是牛肉,配以葛做的汁,甜度剛好,薯蓉的升級版。
(6) 燒物。用炭燒着的魚和帶子,一直保持熱度。(上面的菊花辧,一樣可以吃!)
(5) Chestnut Mash with beef inside, to match with Kudzu sauce, a upgrade version of potato mash.
(6) Roasted fish and scallop, keep heating it by charcoal. (Same, we can eat the flower on the top!)

(7) 豆類炸物。一點油膩的感覺也沒有。
(8) 好精緻由蛋做的卷物。上面有一塊白舞茸,好味道。
(7) Fried bean but not oily.
(8) Lovely sweet cake roll, mushroom on the top, yummy.

(9) 用花辧煮的粥,加一粒梅子。救命,超好吃!
(9) Congee + Flower + Plum, OMG, very delicious!

(10) 最後是水果。
(10) Fruit ~ Papaya + Kiwi + Grape
